SaferLease is an AI-powered lease analysis tool. You upload a lease — residential apartment, commercial office, retail space, or any rental agreement — and our AI reads every clause and flags anything that could cost you money, limit your rights, or create unexpected obligations. You get a risk score from 0 to 100, flagged clauses organized by severity, plain-English explanations, and specific recommended actions. Results in under 60 seconds.

How we handle your documents

Your document is encrypted in transit using TLS. It is stored temporarily only to generate your analysis, and deleted from our servers after the report is complete. We do not share your documents with third parties and do not use them to train AI models.

Our methodology

SaferLease's analysis model was developed and tested against 500+ real lease documents across residential, commercial, retail, office, and industrial categories, spanning multiple U.S. states and international jurisdictions. Each lease type has a tailored analysis framework. Risk flags are calibrated against common legal standards and the provisions that most frequently lead to financial disputes for non-lawyer signers.
